The location is AMAZING! It's a short walk to the town centre. Fresh towels arrived daily. The staff members are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was Excellent!!!

The location is convenient with bus stops just outside. Travel into the city was easy. my room was a good size and everything i needed was present. i found the check-in procedures straightforward. The staff were helpful, answering all my questions. the bed was large and comfy too.
i found that the walls could use some upkeep, as there were some dead bugs squished on them. the carpeting seemed a bit old and reminded me of a dated casino. the blackout curtain also did not cover the whole window.

the room had some slight noise from the nearby street at times.

The staff helped get us another room because the first one had issues. The replacement room was clean! The breakfast was across the street at the main hotel, and it offered various options. The location was close to the city center by foot, just on the other side of the mountain through the tunnel.
The floors were carpeted, and they smelled a little. I kept the windows open to get fresh air! The glass cover on the bathtub was oddly designed. Water splashed everywhere when I took a shower.
